we have a long history. in 1946, the department of botany and zoology established the department of botany and zoology. in 1951, the department of biology was merged into biology department. in 1999, the school of life science of lanzhou university was incorporated by the original lanzhou university biology department and the ministry of education directly under the laboratory of cell biology of lanzhou university and the laboratory of plant physiology and the state key laboratory of arid agro ecology.
